Product Licenses

WPCasa licenses are valid for one year from the date of purchase. A valid and active license key is required in order to get updates and support for purchased add-ons and themes. After one year license keys can optionally be renewed at a 30% discount from the purchase price of a new license. If a WPCasa license key is not renewed, the product will be fully functional, however, support and updates will not be provided any longer.

Under no circumstances WPCasa license keys may be redistributed or transferred to another individual or organization without the consent of WPSight. Redistribution or transfer includes but is not limited to any situation in which an add-on or theme license is purchased for an end-user who is not the original purchaser and for whom the purchaser does not provide support.

Theme Licenses

You’re welcome to modify and use our themes on as many sites as you wish for personal and commercial purposes. All our themes are 100% licensed under the GNU General Public License (GPL). This license does not only apply to the PHP code but also includes theme images, CSS and Javascript code. For more information about the GNU please visit http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-2.0.html

Software Updates

Updates for the purchased products are included for one year after the purchase date. If you have a valid and active license key, updates will be seamlessly delivered through the update process in your WordPress dashboard.

If you are unable to get automatic upgrades from your dashboard, you can also download a fresh copy of your product from your account page on our website.

Scope of Support

Support for purchased add-ons and themes is included for one year after the purchase date. If you would like to get support after that period, you need to renew your license key or purchase a premium support package.

Please understand that we do not offer support for WordPress in general (installation, administration etc.) if the issue is not related to our product nor do we support third-party plugins or issues arising from using any third-party services.

Refund Policy

Within 30 days of the original purchase, you can ask for a full refund. However, you must allow us to try to solve the problem that initially made you ask for a refund. We would love the opportunity to assist you in solving any issue you may have before proceeding with a possible refund process.

All refunds are at the sole discretion of WPSight and we reserve the right to refuse to issue a refund for any or for no reason. Refunds do not apply to bundle purchases (packages), support packages, product upgrades, annual renewals or discounts and are limited once per customer.

No refunds will be given after 30 days from the original purchase. Please note that by purchasing add-ons or themes, you agree to the terms of their respective refund policies. Please also note that third-party add-ons or themes may include other refund policies that are different from ours. In this case you should directly contact the corresponding add-on or theme developer.
